Do I really own my website?
Yes. The $2,000 build is a one-time fee for a custom Next.js website, and the code lives in a GitHub repository that is transferred to you. Your domain, content, photos, and customer data are yours in every plan — if you ever leave, all of it goes with you.
Why are hosting and email separate?
So you're never locked in. Hosting is $25/month and email is $12 per user per month — both billed transparently as their own line items. Because your site is your code, you can move it to any host at any time.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month — cancel or pause anytime with 20 days' written notice via boommedia.us/service-changes, and everything you own (site code, domain, content, data) leaves with you.
What's included at each tier?
Every plan includes the Boom app suite for that tier — content, SEO, ADA compliance, QR codes, and a CRM at Essentials; AI chat, reviews, and e-signatures at Growth; social scheduling and ad creative at Authority. We build, set up, and manage all of it.
How fast can we start?
Website builds typically go live in 1–2 weeks. If you already have a site, managed plans can start this week — we take over hosting, maintenance, and the app setup.
